Analysis of skin microbiota under various skin conditions

< Abstract >

Generally wide variety of microbes inhabit the skin surface of a person , and if a host is healthy rather they prevent the intrusion of external pathogenic germs and carry out a kind of barrier function without the onset of illness. For evaluating the correlation between normal bacterial flora on the skin and texture condition, we collected of lasting for three times superficial bacterial flora of the skin from the cheeks of the same normal woman for every three months and at the same time we measured SEBU,TWL,TEWL and texture. We identified that collecting superficial bacterial flora by molecular biologic techniqu and evaluated the correlation.
In this approach we revealed that other bacteria could not cultured would exist a lot of rather than bacteria of the Propionibacterium genus and the Staphylococcus genus as known normal bacteria on the skin. The comparison of these results with texture condition, the type and/or the amount of superficial bacterial flora of the skin is influence the texture condition was suggested. Because we could frequently detected the bacteria belonged the Rizobiales order of the Alphaproteobacteria phylum and Corynebacteriaceae of the Actinobacteria phylum in particularly fine texture panels, the possibility for affecting the stability of the skin condition was suggested , and by this method we can further analyze mutual correlation between superficial bacterial flora on the skin and texture condition is suggested.
